You can upload your files under public_html folder in your home directory as shown in the image below. If you are unable to view the pages after uploading the pages, please make sure that the files are in small letters as the Linux is case sensitive, so remember to name the files in small letters eg: index.html, index.php etc. instead Index.HTM.
